COVID-19 Safety policy
I remain aware that Covid remains a risk. Making sure colleagues and clients are as safe as possible is a priority. I will continually monitor advice from the government, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the National infection prevention and control manual (NIPCM) for England.
Following an update from NIPCM, the English government has now removed the requirement for face masks in healthcare settings unless risk of splashing or known COVID infection.
Face masks or coverings
Wearing of face masks is now optional and I respect everyone’s personal choice.
Hand sanitising
I ask you to sanitise your hands suitably, on first entering the building – to protect others while you move through the building to the reformer studio. On entering the reformer room I kindly ask you to re-sanitize your hands. Please sanitize your hands again before leaving the centre.
Increased time in between all sessions & sole room use
To avoid overcrowding and maintain social distancing, I’ve scheduled in extra time in between all appointments. Only I will be using the clinic room to hold 1-1 Reformer Pilates sessions.
COVID-19 Screening questionnaire
Every client is asked to complete a pre-assessment COVID-19 questionnaire, prior to attending their first session. It is the clients responsibility to notify me as soon as possible prior to attending any sessions if any circumstances have changed since the completion of these forms.
Enhanced cleaning policy
All surfaces in the Reformer room are sanitised after every client – there is always reserved space between clients to ensure sufficient time for this. All reformer surfaces are wipeable, including the reformer straps which have vinyl covers over them.
Cashless
All payments are made via Stripe through ‘Timely’ or by bank transfer prior to your session.
Stay at home
Please stay at home if you feel unwell at all.
If you have any questions regarding the above please do not hesitate to email.
